When I opened my box, I could not see the tap?

Occasionally the tap may fall slightly off to the side during production. Just reach in and feel for the tap. It will be nearby and may just need to be nudged a little to the opening. Also, on rare occassions the tap nozzle may be pointed upwards. To adjust, just grasp the white collar while twisting the black tap nozzle downwards with your other hand. |

My tap color does not match the tap color on the outside of the box. Do I have the wrong flavor?

Tap colors on the inside of the box will vary and in some instances may be red. This does not mean that you have a different flavor on the inside of the box. The color of the tap on the outside of the box helps consumers differentiate between flavors. |

There is a lot of news about chemicals found in plastics. Are the bags that hold your product made with BPA?

No. The bags Gregory's BOX'D Beverages use are BPA FREE. |

Can I recycle the inner bag, too?

Yes. The bag will lie flat in your bin, taking up less space than conventional plastic bottles. |

The lemonade is not yellow? Is there something wrong with it?

Our lemonade is 100% natural. There is no yellow coloring added to our product. If you were to mix up a batch of homemade lemonade yourself, this is exactly what homemade lemonade would look like. |

Are there actually pieces of lemon and peaches in my box?

There are no peaches or lemons in the box. Both Tea with Lemon and Tea with Peach are made with ingredients containing real lemons and peach flavor. Only liquid can flow through the easy serve - no drip tap. |

I still have a little product left in the bottom of the box - what do I do?

Just pick up the box and tip it to pour. Or, you can always remove the bag from the box to pour out the remainder as well. |

Currently, Gregory's BOX'D Beverages is just entering the market. We can be found in almost 40 Shop Rites in NJ and Philadelphia and within the Wegmans Grocery Chain (see home page for store locations). We are planning to be in a market near you soon.
